Charged me again after cancelllation
I signed up for the free 1 month trial period. I cancelled before the expiration date.
I took the app off my phone. I checked closely when I booked, that I was only signing up for the "free" trial.
Then months later I receive an email with a charge for my 3 month subscription, that kicked into gear after the trial. It explains I will be charged every three months, unless I cancel, but I have already cancelled the free trial.
I cancelled again and now wondering if this will happen every three months.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had screen shots of everything, so they couldn't argue. They also had a 30 day money back guarantee.
Bait and Switch plan. I signed up for a 3-month plan for $24.65 and I got charged $66.65 for auto-renewal.
I immediately canceled and requested a refund but they refused to cancel and refund.
I hadn't even had the plan for 5 minutes when I noticed the overcharge. Stay away.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Years subscription free. Make sure that you can contact the company easily before subscribing.
We tried to join you, but we could not. So we cancelled the arrangement on the day we tried to join.
You replied that the transaction had been cancelled. Yet, I see you have debited my account. Which I am endeavouring to get back.
Can you help with this or do I need to go through my credit card procedure. Thank you

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After all of the extremely negative input and discussion with Chris, the very insensitive Y*** Rep, I contacted my credit card company, who promptly put a hold on this errant Y*** renewal charge.
Approximately one week later, my credit card company emailed me, to confirm that the full credit amount had been returned to my account. Thanks for your follow up!
She has now tried numerous times to receive a refund of this second charge of $66.65, but the Yoga-Go representative emailed that she should have read all of the app's boilerplate language. She has had no interaction with this app for over two months now and has no intent to revisit. There was no advance notice of this charge, and there has been no receipt forwarded for this recent transaction - just endless 'I'm sorry for your loss' language and forwarding of supposed partial sections of the app's boilerplate language. Additionally, the company is headquartered in Cyprus, Greece, and there is no customer service phone number available to speak to a live agent.
My next step is to contact our credit card company and request their assistance to dispute this charge. If you value upstanding app vendors, I recommend staying very far away from Yoga-Go for your Yoga app needs.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote a review and they responded to it by accommodating my request. They asked me to remove the review since they were refunded it.
I attempted to cancel in Nov 2024.
They could not locate my account but I did let them know my name and card number that was charged.
Feb we received a charge.
My wife canceled via the application. May we were charged again.
I notified them I understand the Feb charge since we could not locate the account.
BUT I asked them to honor refunding my May payment since I did reach out in Nov and my wife claims to have canceled in Feb (again).
I am now being thrown Terms and Conditions which I met by asking to cancel in Nov 2024.
I only want the May payment refunded and they are fighting me on it.
They will not honor your requests.

Very Misleading App
Dear Yoga Go Support,
I'm writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your service and how my subscription has been handled. I initially signed up for a three-month plan simply to explore whether the app was a good fit for me.
At no point during the signup process was it made clear that the subscription would automatically renew. This lack of transparency is extremely misleading and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, your team refused, despite the fact that I did not knowingly authorize the renewal. Attempting to contact your company has been incredibly frustrating there is no phone number, and your support seems to hide behind emails, making genuine help nearly impossible to access.
Your app and business practices lack clarity, and your customer service is disappointing at best. Beware of this company.
There are many other apps out there that are not only more transparent, but also genuinely care about the people using their service.
I am again requesting a full refund for the unauthorized renewal and immediate cancellation of my subscription. Please do the right thing and resolve this matter.

you pay for a one off course and 3-months later they charge you for a subscription. I checked this closely when I booked it that I had only booked a one off course.

This is not a problem at all, just a question. I have just finished my yoga go exercise videos for beginners.
I don't see anything for the next step up that is at least 25 minutes long. I want to share that I have done a lot of different exercises through the years, and this is absolutely the best one I have ever done! I really enjoy doing my chair yoga and losing weight while feeling graceful and beautiful when I do it. Also, I had a couple of mini strokes 5 years ago, and I had to have a lot of therapy to even walk again.
I obviously have come a long way, but there were still some parts of my body that would not totally listen to my brain. This chair yoga has helped me tremendously!

Yoga Go customer service is non existent as far as I know. There is no way to reach them on an iPhone 16 Pro. I will NEVER sign up with them, again!!!
I follow all of the instructions to cancel my subscription to yoga-go-io, but it is not listed on my iphone 16 pro under subscriptions. I want this subscription canceled today, if not, then tomorrow.
