This company is underhanded
- - Canceled trial on signup day, deleted the app, and never used it.
- - Charged since last year; another $66 PayPal charge.
I think I signed up a year ago for trial membership maybe... I just know I canceled same day or next day and never used the app, deleted it from my phone within a day of adding it to my phone.
Apparently I have been charged since last year anyway.. I didn't catch it though until yesterday when I noticed another charge of 66$ on my PayPal account.. I tried to access any account I might have on their website to see what the situation was but couldn't find any way to pull up an account or cancel membership. So I sent them an email.
Their response was to deny any refund and claim they have now canceled my membership there is no evident I signed up for, but out of the goodness of their crooked, thieving hearts, I can use the app I don't even have until September without further charge. ***.

I didn't expect the charges.
I didn't know I had gotten far enough into the process to be charged. I decided it was too much money and backed out.
I was charged anyway. Now I can't figure out how to get off the subscription.

Yoga Go will not refund money
- - Auto-renewed after a 3-month trial without notice.

As a senior citizen, I signed up for a 3-month trial period. This company auto-renewed without letting me know.
When I tried to reach them, you can only use GPT chat, they said the purchase is not eligible for a refund. I am scheduled to have back surgery in 6 weeks and I cannot use this app until my surgeon releases me. This company does not allow me to talk to anyone to explain why I don't want to auto-renew.
This is a scam company that survives off of everyone who signs up by auto-renewing them at a huge increase. Scam company.

Scam! I have received only a bill from them to my paypal account. I do not recall giving them permission to take automatic payments from my paypal account. BEWARE!!!
They charge my paypal account without permission. I have not ordered or received any service that I am aware of.
They seem only to have a website and no phone number to call .
I want to cancel their charges ( for NO Services) and cannot even call them to do so.
They just bill my paypal account automatically!!! Scam!!

I was charged even though I did not want to sign up for their videos.
They charge $50 per month, which is outrageously expensive. I did not want to sign up for their program but got charged. I am trying to cancel the subscription and get a reimbursement.

They helped me with my issues and I like the app
I had trouble logging into my account, which was frustrating, but I contacted support and they helped me resolve the issue. It took a bit of back and forth, but they were responsive and got everything working again.
